Report A Bug

To report a bug/defect or suggest an enhancement, log in as user/user and click on "New Ticket". Be sure to pass your real name at the top, preferably your email address.

Make sure that your bug is new and has not be reported before. Search for appropriate keywords.

If it is a bug, please make sure you pass these informations in order to make it easier for us to fix your problem:

• How can the problem be reproduced?
• What happened?
• What should have happened instead?

If it is an enhancement, please pass along these informations:

• What kind of functionality do you need?
• Why do you need it? What is the problem behind it?
