libzzub's flac support should be ported to 1.1.4

I'm about to release a libzzub package into Fedora 7 and I've written several patches to comply with our internal guidelines. One of them (see attachment) ports libzzub's flac support to 1.1.4 and changes the build to use the system's provided flac libraries and development files.

However I couldn't test whether the port works as expected as our libsndfile is currently compiled without flac support. I'd appreciate your feedback.
