enable inputing digits in pattern editor according to scancode if char lookup fail

In buzz, with a french keyboard (or any keyboard where digits need uppercase), you don't need to shift or caps the numbers when inputting data in numeric columns inside the pattern editor.

This patch allows the same behavior using scancode if previous look up failed.
