display asterisk next to modified preset name

For machines with presets, selecting a preset from the machine parameter drop down window shows the preset name as it should and configures the machine. However, if you close the machine window and then re-open it, the preset name is not displayed and the slot is blank, the parameters are retained. It's not a critical thing, but makes it hard to remember what preset the machine is using.
