New ASIO Drivers

Description

Special drivers that allow you to, with asio, select a set of channels, or range of channels like reaper, and you could thusly use multiple instances of buze or different DAW programs to have access to the other channels. Currently, with the asio specification, you are not supposed to be able to do this, and since buze uses the asiomme driver, this will particularly not allow this. However, some programs, like bidule, reaper, and buzz to some degree, can bypass this limitation, and share the asio drivers between them, as long as they use different channels. Not only would this allow you to run buzz at the same time as other programs, but running multiple buze instances would be an easy, if perhaps temporary, solution to multicore utilization, by simply changing the affinity of each buze instance. You could also (at least with many asio systems) link buze instances together via an asio out and back in, although incurring more buffer latency.
