peer muting support

MuteX and mooter do not work. Mutex has oeb library load failed error, but mooter loads, but assigning a machine to a mooter track results in the parameter on mooter reading 'WTF?', and then sliding it results in a crash. Seems to be last machines that don't work with buze, although they are indeed both beta.
