cpu meter behaviour

Description

seems to always sum 100% counting all machines activity. i don't know if it's supposed to work that way [percentage-per-machine within buzé's-general-cpu-use? (could be, but then i still miss a general buzé-within-windows cpu use indicator)] or just innacurate behaviour.
