while the ability to minimize machines is a nice feature, the minimized state should be somewhat bigger. maybe you should minimise it to the caption of the machine + the space used for the "led". one could place everthing within a single line. you should consider to show the machine in fullsize on mouseover temporarily. in general i still dont understand, why all buzzclone devs just copy the machine height of buzz. the boxes are rediculously high. you could easily cut away a third of their height without any loss of usability. nobody will run into problems double clicking them because of that.
