Report A Bug

Please note that Aldrin is no longer supported on the Win32 platform. If you are using Windows, please have a look at Buzz RMX instead.

To report a bug/defect or suggest an enhancement, log in as user/user and click on "New Ticket". If you put your email address in the CC field, you will be notified of ticket updates.

Make sure that your bug is new and has not be reported before. Search for appropriate keywords.

If it is a bug, please make sure you pass these informations in order to make it easier for us to fix your problem:

• How can the problem be reproduced?
• What happened?
• What should have happened instead?

If it is an enhancement, please pass along these informations:

• What kind of functionality do you need?
• Why do you need it? What is the problem behind it?
