Panning data not saved after closing/reopening project

After adding a panning effect with pattern data, I save my project, close it, and reopen it. The panning pattern I enter will still be there (pattern 00), but all the data in it will be gone.

After adding a panning effect with pattern data, I save my project, close it, and reopen it. The panning pattern I enter will still be there (pattern 00), but all the data in it will be gone.

When playing around with this some more, I found that this only happens if the 'Panning of signal values' are not filled in. (3rd value in pattern editor). I was initially only trying to make patterns using the 'Panning' value.
